Air Shower Pass Box
Features:
1. Cleanliness requirements of laminar flow transfer box: Class A;
2. The inner and outer double-layer shells are arc-shaped to ensure seamless connection;
3. Laminar flow design is adopted. The air flow direction adopts the mode of sending up and returning down. The bottom adopts 304 stainless steel cold-rolled plate punching design and is provided with reinforcing ribs;
4. Filter: G4 is used for primary efficiency filter and h14 is used for high efficiency filter;
5. Wind speed: after passing through the high-efficiency filter, the outlet wind speed shall be controlled at 0.36-0.54m/s (test at 150mm);
6. Differential pressure function: display filter differential pressure (range high efficiency 0-500pa / medium efficiency 0-250pa), accuracy ± 5pa;
7. Control function: fan start / stop button, equipped with built-in electronic door interlock: UV lamp is set, and a separate switch is designed;

Dynamic Pass Boxes are aseptic architectural systems with dynamic airflow that provides an air barrier to prevent contaminants from leaking into the aseptic environment during material transfer.
