PCB clean workshop decoration design and layout
1. Floor design. The floor of the production workshop of the electronic purification project is generally paved with terrazzo, and the epoxy resin layer is applied after waterproofing to make epoxy floor. 2. Wall design. All partition walls in the electronic purification project are constructed with sandwich color steel plates; the inner wall of the production workshop is pasted with 2 cm white tiles from the ground, and the rest is covered with white paint. There is no dead corner at the interface between the wall and the ground, and it is a diffuse curved display.
3. Roof and ceiling design. The roof and ceiling are all made of polymer composite panels, which are non-absorbent, smooth, environmentally friendly, fireproof and moisture-proof. Not only does it play an environmental and fire-proof role, but it is also moisture-proof, waterproof, anti-corrosion and anti-condensation, has a long service life, is easy to install, and does not use paint and glue.
4. Door and window design. The doors of the electronic purification project are one-way spring doors made of color steel plates that are not easily deformed; the windows are aluminum windows, and the windowsills are more than 1m above the ground.
5. Ventilation and exhaust design of the electronic purification project. The cooling workshop and the inner packaging workshop use mechanical ducts for air intake. Air filters are installed in the ducts. The air inlet is more than 2 meters above the ground. Other functional workshops use natural air intake. The exhaust vents are all located away from the air outlets, and protective covers are added.
6. Lighting and illumination design. All production workshops are illuminated by fluorescent lamps. Protective lampshades are installed on the fluorescent lamps in the unpacking room, mixing room, raw material warehouse, operation workshop, cooling workshop, and inner packaging workshop.
7. Water supply and drainage design. The production water is municipal tap water, and the electronic purification project is further treated with 2-micron reverse osmosis. The dressing room and operation workshop, which need to be cleaned and drained, are equipped with floor drains for drainage.
