1.SANQIAO has changed the traditional design concept of clean booth, mini-clean unit take the concept of modular integration design, this architecture is similar to SMIF form, it has variety of independent clean area, the only difference is that the transmission is not carried out by the connecting arm, but to operate in a closed clean room. It has the independent air conditioning and return air system. The advantage of this form is easy elastic spacing, low construction costs, compared with the traditional civil construction purification room, the cost is greatly reduced.

Our hard-wall cleanroom construction can withstand the high volume of airflow required for ultra-clean environments such as ISO class 5-6 clean zones. But the bright and durable finish of the hard-wall cleanrooms also make them an attractive option for ISO class 7-8 cleanrooms.
The positive airflow pushes air down through the cleanroom, allowing particles to be flushed out evenly through the low level exhaust vent.
